2022 is almost here. To welcome the new year, we’re introducing to you a practice that you can pick up and start on the right foot.
In the simplest terms, manifesting is the practice of setting specific intentions, with the idea of making them happen.
Many of us have manifested something unknowingly in our lives. Remember the time you hoped for a pay raise and actually got it?
Yes, it is that simple.
Here are some tips on how to get started:
1. Set SMART goals
To start off, you need to have a very clear idea of what your end goal is. Let your goal be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
2. Manifest this goal
Once you’ve set a clear and precise goal for yourself, ask the universe for it. There are various ways to do this — meditation, visualisation, or simply start off by shouting it out on your social media. Whatever the method, be consistent with your request.

3. Focus on your belief
A very important step to manifestation is to eliminate any opposing reality. When you’re practicing this, only one reality exists – the one that you’re manifesting for.
4. Work for it
Of course, this requires effort on your part as well. Take actions that will drive you towards your goal. Work together with the universe to accomplish better things.
5. Be mindful
Something you manifested for may not come to you all at once. It may appear in phases where things will start to slowly piece together. Whatever you receive, be mindful, grateful, and trust the process.
