Central, ranked No.2 in the World’s Top 50 Best Restaurants 2021, has paved the way for Modern Peruvian cuisine, establishing its presence in the international spotlight. During this lunch event, guests embarked on an epicurean journey complete with a cocktail pairing curated by head bartender, Alonso Palomino.
