Ben discussed how he took risks, firsthand experiences, insights, and advice as he shares his stories of building and scaling the business we all know and love. Beginning his career in finance, he has climbed the ranks to found a globally renowned “design-led” property development and investment company, with offices in Singapore, Jakarta, Bali, Lombok and Japan (Niseko). The umbrella of businesses covers development management, project and construction management, concept, architectural and interior design, as well as food and beverage and hotel operations under its two partner businesses Out & Out Group and Mandala Management.
